Easy Homemade Whip Cream

This recipe is one that I've been using whenever I need whipped cream, and have no time to go to the store. Originally, I found a recipe online, but I modified it since I have made it so many times.

Ingredients Directions
  1. Pour in however much whipping cream into a bowl. Make sure it can withstand electric whisks.
  2. Whisk with a tool until you get a thick consistency. Don't wait until it's completely fluffy- we don't want your whip cream to turn into butter.
  3. Once you have reached that thick consistency, add in your vanilla extract and the powdered sugar.
  4. Continue to whisk until you get soft peaks, and when it starts to become like whipped cream.
  5. You can either have it right away, or keep in the fridge to have later. I find it's best to have it after a day or two.
